Bolasie steals a point for Palace as limp Arsenal are left to sweat in top-four race

ARSENAL 1-1 CRYSTAL PALACE -AT THE EMIRATES STADIUM: Arsenal really ought to have been clear. Well clear. Out of sight, in fact. The same could be said for their title bid which is now well and truly buried.
Eight minutes remained when Yannick Bolasie collected the ball on the Crystal Palace left and darted inside. Feigning to shoot, he made a yard on Francis Coquelin and unleashed a low shot from 20 yards. Petr Cech, back in goal, preferred to David Ospina, could only push it into the net. Cech should have done better. He had stood redundant for most of the game and could not rescue his side when they needed him to protect the goal scored by Alexis Sanchez in first-half stoppage time. Bolasie darted off to give Alan Pardew a hug of celebration.
