CHELSEA STRIKER FACING POSSIBLE 3 MATCH BAN

Diego Costa is shown a red card by referee Michael Oliver

He will miss next weekend’s Premier League game against West Ham after being shown a second yellow card by referee Michael Oliver.
But Costa has also been charged with misconduct by the FA for his behaviour following his red card. He has until Thursday to respond.

An independent panel will decide whether he is hit with a further one-match suspension or not.
Costa has also until Wednesday to provide his observations to the FA after being caught making a two-fingered gesture towards Everton’s supporters at half time.
Should he not provide an acceptable explanation he could be charged again by the FA with the risk of another one-match ban.

After the defeat, Guus Hiddink suggested he will invite the striker to watch film Anger Management after his latest indiscretion.
"There are movies about [anger management]. With Jack Nicholson and Adam Sandler. Maybe we will go and watch it together," he said.
