Chelsea 2-2 West Ham: Midfielder Cesc Fabregas converts late penalty to bag his side a share of the spoils at Stamford Bridge 

  • West Ham United took the lead at Stamford Bridge thanks to a curling effort from on-loan attacker Manuel Lanzini 
  • However, Chelsea drew level just minutes before the half-time whistle when Cesc Fabregas fired home an equaliser
  • West Ham boss Slaven Bilic brought Andy Carroll off the bench as he looked to secure the points in the second half
  • Carroll came on for Diafra Sakho and the striker made the difference within a minute as he fired past Thibaut Courtois
  • But Spaniard Fabregas converted a late penalty to earn his side a share of the spoils in the game in west London
