  • Before that, Terry said: 'I'd like to congratulate Ranieri, the Leicester team and the Leicester family. I'm glad Leicester have won it and I'm glad Tottenham haven't.
'We've had some great times. Thank you for the support this year. We'll be back next year and we'll be fighting for the title.
'On a personal note, I'd like to thank everyone. This season's been tough for me, very emotional. So, thank you.'
  • Terry was joined by his children on the pitch as Chelsea players took part in a lap of honour on Sunday
  • Now in tears, he continued: 'Chelsea is my life as it is yours. The best moments of my life have been in this stadium.
'I'd like to say thank you to Guus Hiddink, a great man. He's picked us up and done a great job. Well done to the staff and the young kids.'
As you would perhaps expect, the speech was discussed in length by pundits after the match, and Thierry Henry believes Terry's tears may signal an exit.
